James D. Nadeau, LLC, formerly Nadeau & Lodge has been serving Southern and Central Maine with a wide range of professional land surveying services since 1993. Over the past several years, we have added to our provided scope of services: GPS mapping, underground utility location, floodplain education and submittals.

Along with being a State of Maine Professional Land Surveyor, Jim is also a State of Maine Associate Broker and Realtor at Keller Williams Greater Portland. He also holds certifications as a Certified Floodplain Manager, Certified Floodplain Surveyor, and Certified Underground Utility Location.
