Join us on an industry professional tour of the L.L.Bean Flagship Renovation, a $50M phased renovation of Maine’s second‑most visited destination. The project includes a new primary entrance at Discovery Park, expanded public green space, and a 155,000 SF interior renovation with a mass timber (CLT and glulam) addition integrated into an active 24/7 retail environment.

The work improves circulation, building systems, and structural capacity while introducing experiential elements, upgraded employee spaces, and a new in‑store food venue, demonstrating strategies for complex construction in a continuously occupied site.  Led by Zachau and WBRC.
