As a follow-up to a successful first Construction Tour in October 2025, please consider joining Consigli Construction, PSA & Design Team for a tour of construction progress at Northeastern University’s Portland Campus, home of the Roux Institute. The Roux Institute will be a hub for learning, collaboration, innovation, and inspiration to promote experiential education, stimulate Maine’s economy and enrich the lives of the community through the resources it offers. The initial phase of the campus will include three buildings, The Alfond Center, Lunder Innovation Labs, and a parking structure. The Alfond Center includes 245,000 sqft of learning, research and collaboration that will house labs, research spaces and classrooms.  The Lunder Innovation Labs is a 58,000 sqft historic renovation that will focus on entrepreneurship and incubation programs. The parking garage and daycare facility is a seven story, 600 space precast parking garage with an 8,000 sqft two-story daycare facility.  

This visit will include significant progress on Structural, Facade, and Building Systems work since the previous tour in October. Please join us to see this landmark Portland project continue to take shape!
