Joe's Place Teen Center is a 10,000 sqft conversion of the former Preble Street Resource Center into a day-use facility, overnight shelter, and offices for Preble Street's Teen Services. The project scope also includes the complete demolition and reconstruction of an interior open air courtyard, a unique feature of the building. As of now, flooring and millwork installation will occur around the time of our tour, with courtyard renovations ongoing.
